has anyone here tried to kite surf when it's raining? how do u deal with the performance of your kite given that there's an extra wind? I've always pictured it as a a very challenging experience. Have you tried it yet?

kitesurfing in the rain is not problem but be extra careful with the stronger wind.. u'll clearly see them coming and they hit so HARD! And u know what's the worst part when kiting in the rain? everything is WET!! when u pack up your kite, it always has the tendency of discoloration.

kiting when there's rain is one thing. but kiting when ders lightning is another thing. that can be very serious...and dangerous! it can hit u. u can get electricity on your bar and lines. so it's better not to try it. once the rain hits ur face, ud start feeling uncomfortable because u cant have a clear vision on what's ahead of u anymore.. so if there's constant rain, dont do it.
