Hello fellow surfers! Does it make any difference if you dry your kite after you do kite surfing? What would be the effect if i store them while they're still wet? What are your experiences on this?

When you store your kite while it's still wet, it might discolor a little. But it would still be ok. If you want, you can lay it down along the shore for few minutes before packing. Also, rinse it with fresh water to wash away the salt. Based on my experience, this could help to extend the life of your kite.

personally, i think its best to store them dry all the time. But then there's no need to rinse it with fresh water, it might just damage your kite. 3 of mine were damaged when i kept on rinsing them with fresh water after i surf.. anyway its material was made for seawater purposes!
