What technical explanations do you have for the advantages of one pump system? Because they don't seem to be that simple, with the multiple connection points & all.. And yes, it saves about a couple of minutes when pumping but after the session, it seems a bit impossible to take all the air out of the struts!

There's nothing technical i could think of about it. Why? It's very simple & i never had problems when deflating then rolling it.. It finishes as flat as it could be, that's it! It's very easy to maintain.. No problems when launching too. Don't worry about it, it works fine.

For those who replace their kites every few months, one pump system is ok because they'll most likely be safe from leaks. but for a person who stick with the same kite for a long time, i wouldnt recommend that u use the one pump system. IT can be too complex for during quick repairs. It's still much easier to repair a non-one pump system.

i never had problems with my octopus sytem (non-one pump system). i need not repair the bladders while riding.. even though i still have to pull the bladder out, that simple extra detachment is all it takes.. not a problem with that one.

One pump systems can be a bit time saving, yes, but i don't consider that as an advantage.

i will always go for the one pump system! it's definitely much much easier to handle. it's quicker and it's goooood
it won't bother you with bladder twists or whatsoever. because in the first place, there'll be no sand getting into your bladders!

one pump system works so much better on the beach too! I've repaired leading edge bladders and surprisingly, it's easier to realign the bladder and to put it back in! And most importantly, i never encountered any problems with it when it comes to system maintenance!

Well, for me, the one pump system is good for kiteboarding! But really, it is such a total headache when it breaks! And that could cause accidents to people!! That's why i no longer use one puump systems! It's not even worth riding, not even for a minute

i've had kiteboarding equipment failures in using multi-pump systems and i never experienced those with one=pump systems. and it's not just the time, but it's the hassle as well. this might be a cliche for one pump systems, but really, they're plug-in, pump, close, DONE! So definitely, ONE PUMP is easier for kiteboarding...
