North Carolina, to hold 2007 Triple-S Invitational

Surf, Slicks and Sliders or Triple-S, is the only event in the world that allows freeride kiteboarders to ride the best conditions, every day! Organizers for the event have now been given the permit to ride several ocean waves and sound flat water venues of the Cape Hatteras in North Carolina by the National Park Service.

The event will be held at the REAL Lesson Center in Waves, NC from June 2 to June 8, 2007. Kicking off the event is a Triple-S Welcome Party and Evening Cool Down Expression Session with food, drinks, music and of course, some riding. DJ Chela, who rocked last year’s party until 5 am, is back again for the Welcome Party. To close the event, there is a Triple-S Awards Party on the June 8, the last day for the Invitational.

The event is by invitation only, but both parties are open to the public. Spectators are also welcome to witness the world’s top freeriders kick some action at the Triple-S Invitational.
