  Kitesurfer Swept Out to Sea A kitesurfer was swept out to sea off the Suffolk Coast in strong winds. Suffolk is located in East Anglia, England.   International Media Attend World Kiteboarding Meet Starting June 24, more than 25 international media will be in Dominican Republic to cover the World Kiteboarding Championship, turning the Atlantics coast town Cabarete into the sport’s capital during one week.
