  French Cup for Speed Windsurfing Wraps Up It was a good week for the first French Cup for Speed Windsurfing, held from March 22 - 28 in Port St. Louis du Rhone. Cyril Moussilmani (Fanatic, North) won the event after six rounds, of which five were validated by the rules. The women's fleet was clearly dominated by Valerie Ghibaudo (Loft Sails).
